ABOUT ME
My journey in the amazing gift of life starts as me being in alignment with something far more greater than I, to be birthed to a community of five consisting of Father, Mother and three older siblings, eldest passing away to a more peaceful, promising and rejoicing afterlife as an infant. we never had the privilege of physically meeting, but I hold a part of their name and for me proudly saying to anyone listening or reading that I AM the youngest of this very beautifully souled, talent filled, and beyond imperfect family unit.
With both parents a part of large connected and engaged family units, I grew up with invested grand parents which seeded the teachings and understanding of there is something far more greater than both you and I, along with a host of concerned life care providers such as parents, siblings, aunties, uncles, cousins, lifelong friends & families of life long friends etc....
Through this gift of family life, I have been able to experience first hand multiple scenarios where loved ones health lives have had complications or the most unfortunate - passing of life or subjected to Cancer, Heart Failure, Open Heart Surgery, Heart Attacks, Heart Transplant, Loss of Child, Loss of Siblings, Loss of Spouse, Divorce, Domestic Violence, Infidelity, Incarceration, Epilepsy, Diabetes, Alzheimer’s, Autism, Dementia, Ataxia, Depression, Anxiety, Bi-Polar, Schizophrenia, Multiple Sclerosis, Adoption, Sexual Assault, child molestation, Human Sex Traffic, HIV, Alcohol and Drug Addiction including but not limited to crimes and loss of life, in addition to non-existing relatives and single parent life providers.
If one can find understanding, it has been through these great blessings my life has been one filled with many personal and professional experiences of understanding.
My younger self started the whole journey by my body responding to the sounds of music. instrumentally or vocally which eventually lead to many, many, years of attending artistic venues as not only a person in appreciation of the arts, any and all, but as a performer as well, whether it was main stream or underground competitively or simply out of pure inspiration. After all, that is the very essence that is art.....right?
However, it is through this love affair and appreciation of art that allowed me to learn, develop, create and connect my passion and hold my understandings of intimacy, partnership, determination, unbiased understanding, celebrated difference of ones opinion, lifestyle, behaviors, physical appearance, physical abilities, ethnicity and so forth.
Plain and simple, I am a person that celebrates and welcomes diversity.

Through this appreciation of diversity, it has allowed me to continue gained exposure and experiences to many opposites attract and allowed me to gain curiosity and confidence, in addition to developing commitment in joining competitive sporting teams, embracing the collaboration communications and NO "I" in team mentality, that requires to arise, develop and gain, to hold full understanding of leadership, as in team.....yes we have individual assigned roles....However, you never know when you might have to step up.
With the understanding of the individual role assignment we all are given in life; once we have completed our educational obligations and obtained those educational experiences, we individually seek for self - This is where I came to the personal/professional cross road question we all encounter.

What AM I going to do for a living?
​
Here I am creative, communicative, collaborative, compassionate, curious, assessing, determined and with unbiased understanding.
There were many career paths I thought would interest my person and some interest I pursued. Until I gained a forever grateful experience of obtaining a job in the hospitality field, which I instantly noticed allowed me to utilize a lot of my natural abilities and explore my curiosity through the endless diversity that is known as hospitality. I gained over 20 years of direct world-culture and diversity from those individuals that call these amazing, inspiring, respected, important and very loving locations of the world their home and it has been my direct teacher to those ways of life, culture and appreciation.......you name the city, state or country and it has hospitality and respected travelers from those places and elsewhere just as it does in its business types. .
The hospitality industry and I provided collaboration with hosting the worlds Corporate-Technology, Financial, Medical/Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Government, Athletic, entertainment, Association Educational, Legal, Religious and Leisure transient lodging, meetings, conferences, trade shows, business development, business acquisitions, business franchises in acquiring and maintaining valued trusted partnerships with every respected business segmentation that our global world has to offer as your proud hosting liaison in Tour & Travel industry lodging accommodations sector.
Through this amazing 20+ year work opportunity and experience, it allowed me to remain curious and gain amazing personal/professional growth, obtaining multiple executive leadership roles: Director of Communications, Director of talent Acquisition, director of people and culture, director of operations, Food and Beverage Director of multiple outlets including hotel nightclub, Director of Catering & Events, multiple property area Sales Coordinator, National/Local Corporate, task force director of sales and marketing, task force corporate business sales manager, task force Government Sales Manager, SMERF - sports, Military, education, religious and fraternal, Director of Sales and Marketing with professional leadership and client/customer relations efforts being recognized through multiple award presentations from Tour & Travel's Industry largest leading travel organizations, Global Brands, Ownership Assets Management company and managed franchised companies.
It has been through this gained experience I eventually stepped in my true life passion of creating, collaborating, developing, coaching and learning from amazing individuals who have decided to say yes to their purpose.
So to restate if I may, it appears......about me.

I am what has bravely and willingly came before me and what will remain gently, tenderly and lovingly, after me, with full understanding that all time existing between these two points referenced, is when I AM FOUND JUST LIKE YOU.....in life's transitions.
